1. Acceptance

By using the website and services of Shortcut Marketing Company ("Shortcut"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website or our services.

Legal Notice Regarding the Protection of Shortcut Platform Data and Content

The unauthorized scraping, extraction, copying, collection, reproduction, reuse, exploitation, or archiving of any data, information, or content made available through the SHORTCUT platform or website, operated by ALTARIQ ALMUKHTASAR COMPANY FOR MARKETING, is strictly prohibited, whether carried out manually or through any technical, automated, or electronic means, including, without limitation, scraping, crawling, bots, automated tools, or through any application programming interfaces (APIs) or other unauthorized means of access, unless prior express written authorization has been obtained from ALTARIQ ALMUKHTASAR COMPANY FOR MARKETING.

This prohibition includes, without limitation, user, customer, service provider, and company data, as well as product and service information, offers, prices, ratings, and any other information, data, or content published, made available, or stored on the platform or within its systems.

Any unauthorized use, extraction, reproduction, collection, or exploitation of such data or content shall constitute a violation of the rights of ALTARIQ ALMUKHTASAR COMPANY FOR MARKETING, including its intellectual property rights and rights relating to its data and systems, and may constitute a violation of the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including, depending on the nature and circumstances of the violation, the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and other relevant laws and regulations.

ALTARIQ ALMUKHTASAR COMPANY FOR MARKETING expressly reserves all rights to take any and all legal and regulatory actions available against any individual or entity that violates this notice, including, without limitation, seeking an order to cease any unauthorized use, requiring the deletion or destruction of any unlawfully extracted data, and seeking compensation for all direct and indirect damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising therefrom.

2. Services

Shortcut provides influencer marketing, paid advertising, social media account management, and UGC content creation services. All services are subject to separate agreements concluded with each client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including text, designs, logos, and images, is the property of Shortcut Marketing Company or is licensed to it. Copying or republishing any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Shortcut shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or from reliance on the information provided herein. Marketing campaign results depend on multiple factors and cannot be guaranteed.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of such websites.

6. Amendments

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.

8. Credit Usage

The balance may only be used for marketing services provided through the Platform. It cannot be transferred to another account, withdrawn as cash, or used outside the Platform.
